Shipping Info: All orders will be shipped via USPS, and should go out within 5 days of the order being placed.

At this time, we are unable to fulfill any orders for physical merchandise outside the United States. If you really REALLY want a record or a cd or a shirt (thank you, by the way), and you don't live in the U.S., message us directly before placing an order and we'll see what we can do on a case by case basis. Thank you for understanding.
Return Policy: We will offer returns for items within 14 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please email instantsmileband@gmail.com and make sure to include your name, email address used to place the order, and order number.

- Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability. You may not want it, but somebody else will!
- CDs and vinyl records must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
- Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.
- You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items.
- Once the return is received, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item (but not our postage and packaging costs).

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate case that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please email us to discuss replacement or refund options.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Due to the nature of digital goods, they are not refundable.
